Brad is proud to announce that our agency, which was founded in 1994, will join Ogilvy Montréal, a member of the Ogilvy & Mather network—one of the largest marketing and communications companies in the world. The international network has more than 500 offices in 126 countries.
Like Brad, Ogilvy Montréal is an agency that has a highly developed creative culture. As a result, we will maintain our personalized and flexible service, and add the strength of a renowned international network. This will allow both our employees and clients to progress even further.
We’re also very pleased that the agency will be directed and controlled by Quebecers; this allows us to preserve our cultural identity. And nothing with change with respect to Brad’s creative, human, and responsive side, because all of Brad’s current employees will join the Ogilvy family.
Martin Bernier will lead Ogilvy Québec as President, while Dany Renauld will serve as President of Ogilvy Montréal. Carle Coppens will continue on as Vice-President and Creative Director of Ogilvy Montréal, Patrick Gervais will take on the position of Vice-President of Development, and Fabien Loszach will head the interactive division as Vice-President, Interactive.
The integration will be done gradually over the next few weeks. With this acquisition, Ogilvy Montréal will become the 4th largest agency in Québec, with more than 175 employees.
