Brad’s four values

Brad is singular because it is plural. It consists of relationships where ideas are exchanged without reservation and with complete transparency.

Brad avoids classical structures, opting for a more jazz-inspired approach, where musicians follow a precise track but, when it comes time to improvise, know how to listen and create in a meaningful way. This free flow of ideas is exactly what generates reactions, changes rules and habits, and awakens sleeping minds.

    Proximity opens a door to sharing knowledge and building confidence. The more we know about each other, the better we understand each other. And the better we understand each other, the better the results we can achieve. In fact, some of our clients that share our values refer to us as the Brad family.

    Proximity summons a sense of humility. Brad believes that creativity is not the prerogative of just one person. A big idea, for example, arrives as a result of many other ideas and is subsequently fine-tuned by the implication and commitment of each individual involved in the creative process. A big idea, therefore, is a collective one. It’s something we can be proud of and celebrate while we keep our feet firmly planted on the ground.

    From humility emerges our third value. While our respect for clients and the achievement of their goals has remained the same over the years, the respect we give to consumers has evolved. Today, Brad engages in conversations and maintains relationships with consumers. Gone are the days when consumers were forced to listen. We connect. We make ourselves useful. We stay transparent. We respect.

    We never give up. Our determination takes us to the next level where no challenge is too daunting. Our experience and resourcefulness are continually put to use, in both familiar and unfamiliar territory.
